Policies- Goals of the Sangam are to
- Cultivate, promote and develop the Tamil language and arts. Promote Tamil literary reading and discussion.
- Spread the Tamil culture within the existing South Indian community and instill within our upcoming youngsters the values and essence of Tamil.
- Encourage the youth to organize and participate in voluntary activities.
- Promote South Indian art, music, dances, and drama.
- Invite and honor intellectual leaders of Tamilnadu.
- Celebrate Tamil functions and encourage youngsters to participate, use these avenues to teach them the significance of our festivals and rituals.
- Interface with other Indian organizations to promote cultural understanding.
